Walk With Jesus During Holy Week: Palm Sunday Evening

Tonight, I continue in my series of offering you things to “participate in” as you walk with Jesus this Holy Week.

After His triumphal entry, Jesus entered the city (Jerusalem) and went to the temple area. Since it was late in the day, and the crowd had left, He and his disciples withdrew to Bethany for the night, possibly staying with Jesus’s good friends Mary, Martha and Lazarus. We read this in Mark 11:11 – “And he entered Jerusalem and went into the temple. And when he… had looked around at everything, as it was already late, he went out to Bethany with the twelve.”

Just imagine yourself with a group of friends, enjoying a quiet evening at home, sharing stories, sharing life together.

Tonight, pray with Jesus as He contemplates the difficult week ahead of Him.
